Search engine optimisation

Technical health first, then content that answers one question properly, then links earned from sites that exist for reasons other than selling links.

The problem

SEO has not died, but it has narrowed. The tactics that still move rankings are unglamorous: a site that loads, one canonical version of every page, content that genuinely answers a question, and mentions from sites that have their own audience.

What no longer works is volume. Fifty thin pages targeting variants of one keyword will lose to one page that earns the click and keeps it.

What changes

  • Indexation and technical issues fixed before content spend
  • Every target keyword mapped to a buying stage, not just traffic volume
  • Rankings and clicks reported from your own Search Console — not a screenshot
  • Content that supports sales conversations instead of decorating the blog
Rising organic search traffic bars with a trend line and a magnifier over the top result

Questions

Straight answers

How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes: two to four weeks. Content and authority: three to six months of consistent work before the curve bends. Anyone promising faster is either lucky or selling something.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should not hire anyone who does. I guarantee the process — the audit, the fixes, the content, the reporting — and I will tell you within ninety days if the numbers say stop.
What do you need from me?
Search Console and analytics access, someone who can approve edits, and a subject-matter contact for content. Without the third one, content becomes generic and does not rank.
