Privacy policy

CELTYL TECH LLC ("we", "us") operates this website and provides consulting services to businesses in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect

Only two categories of information:

• What you send us. When you submit the contact form or email us: your name, business email, optional phone number, optional budget range, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent and response code for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained briefly and are not used to build profiles.

We do not run user accounts, so we never store passwords.

2. What we do not collect

If this ever changes, this policy changes first and the date at the top of the page changes with it.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare a proposal.
• To deliver services you have engaged us for.
• To keep basic business records required for tax and accounting.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam.

We do not sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing. There is no newsletter and no list to unsubscribe from.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: a web hosting provider (website files and server logs) and an email provider (inbound and outbound correspondence). Both are bound by their own data processing terms. If you need the current list before engaging us, ask and we will provide it in writing.

5. Client data during engagements

For active clients we may access advertising, analytics and accounting accounts on your behalf. We request the minimum access required, never share one client's data with another, and never use your data to train third-party models. Every account remains yours; access is revoked when the engagement ends or on request.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted. Client records are kept for the period required by US tax rules after the engagement ends. Server logs are retained for a short rolling period.

7. Your rights

Email celtyltechllc@ssnmails.com and you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
• Object to a particular use, or ask us to stop contacting you.

We respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not ask you to justify it.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis for processing an enquiry is legitimate interest in responding to you, and for client work it is performance of a contract.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and access to client accounts is limited to the person named on your engagement. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you directly and promptly rather than publishing a vague notice.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes and contact
