We follow documented, industry-standard practice, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue or return on investment.
Any figures on this website — including dashboard illustrations — are samples for explanation, not promises and not client results, unless they are explicitly attributed to a named client with that client's written approval.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, investment or accounting advice. Our bookkeeping service provides record-keeping, reconciliation and reporting; it is not attestation, not an audit, and not a substitute for a licensed CPA or tax preparer.
We are not a CPA firm. We do not prepare or file tax returns and we do not provide tax advice. We prepare a clean, CPA-ready pack and coordinate with the professional you appoint.
3. Third-party platforms
Our work may involve Google Ads, Google Search, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, QuickBooks, Xero and similar services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Their features, pricing, policies and availability change independently of us, and spend with them is paid by you directly.
4. Review and proof policy
We publish client reviews only with written consent, credited as the client chooses, unedited apart from typographical corrections. We do not buy, invent, incentivise or filter reviews, and negative feedback is published with our response. Where no reviews exist, the page says so rather than filling the space.
5. External links
This site may link to external websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
6. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no warranty about completeness or reliability. Prices, service details and policies may change; the proposal agreed with you always governs your engagement, and the version of these pages that applied on the date of your proposal governs any dispute.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by our terms and conditions.
