Accounting & bookkeeping

Clean books, monthly reporting you can read, and a close that happens on a schedule instead of the week before taxes are due.

The problem

Digital businesses have messy books for a specific reason: revenue arrives in several places and costs are a mix of subscriptions, contractors and ad spend that all look similar in a bank feed. Six months in, nobody can say what a customer actually costs to acquire, because the P&L does not separate it.

Bookkeeping is not glamorous. But a clean monthly close is the difference between knowing your margin and guessing at it.

What changes

  • Every transaction categorised and reconciled monthly, not annually
  • A P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow view you can actually read
  • Ad spend, software and contractor costs separated so unit economics are visible
  • A clean handover pack for your CPA at tax time

Questions

Straight answers

Are you a CPA?
No, and this is bookkeeping, not attestation or tax filing. I keep the books clean and prepare a pack your CPA can file from. If you need a CPA, I will introduce you to one rather than pretend.
Do you file my taxes?
No. Quarterly tax-prep support means the numbers and the pack are ready and coordinated with your CPA or tax preparer. Filing is their job.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online or Xero, whichever you already use. If you are on a spreadsheet, we move you to one of those first — usually inside a week.
