Google Ads management

Paid search without the waste: tight negative keyword hygiene, honest reporting, and campaigns built inside your account so you can see every change.

The problem

Most wasted ad spend is not a bidding problem. It is a targeting problem: broad match keywords hoovering up irrelevant searches, one ad group carrying six different intents, and a landing page that repeats the ad instead of answering it.

Google's defaults are designed to spend your budget. The work of an account manager is to keep saying no — to the wrong search terms, the wrong networks, the wrong conversions.

What changes

  • Search terms reviewed weekly, negatives applied before they cost you
  • One intent per ad group, matched to one landing page
  • Conversion values attached so bidding optimises for revenue, not form fills
  • A monthly report showing spend, cost per lead and cost per closed deal

Questions

Straight answers

Why 12% of spend?
Because management effort scales with account size. The flat $450 protects small accounts and the 12% protects large ones. The two cross over at $3,750/mo of spend — below that you pay the flat fee.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Spend goes from your card to Google directly. You keep the billing history, the invoices and the account.
What if it does not work?
You will know inside 60–90 days. If cost per lead does not move toward the target we agreed, I will tell you to stop spending rather than sell you another three months.
